Webinar “Strategies for improving the behavior of metals in corrosive environments”

The AZTERLAN Metallurgical Research Center and the Tabira Foundry Institute, with the collaboration of SOCIEMAT and EFC, organize this online meeting on the occasion of the CORROSION AWARENESS DAY 2021.

The online seminar, which will take place on May 13, from 10:00 am to 12:00pm, will feature technical presentations from the AZTERLAN Technology Center and the METROHM Hispania and MESHIND companies.

Professionals from these organizations will share experiences aimed at preventing and mitigating the effects of corrosion from approaches as diverse as improving the behavior of materials against corrosion, advanced surface technology and sustainability issues related to the chemicals involved in the surface conditioning for protection against corrosion.

The meeting is mainly aimed at technical personnel with an interest in the prevention of corrosion in the industrial, academic, R&D and / or corrosion laboratories.
