Shipment of materials for testing
Please, keep in bear that when sending your samples, we need the right information to guarantee the traceability and proper management of the materials received. Be aware of attaching all the relevant information that will allow identify the sample, its sender (contact person) and the traceability data that you want to be reflected in the report.
1) If we have sent you an offer to carry out a unitary work
- Follow the instructions on the offer document: Cut out the top identification part of the offer and stick it to the outside of the package.
- Fill in this form and attach it with the sample if you want to add more information regarding the traceability data of the material, product or batch that you want to be reflected in the reports.
2) If you send us a test sample within the framework of a collaboration agreement (without the need for a specific offer)
- Fill out and attach this form inside the package, together with the material, sample or batch that you send us. Remember to indicate all the traceability information of the material, product or batch that you want to be reflected in the reports.
- You can download the shipping label to stick on the outside of the parcel.
