Visit from the Durango Council to AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Center

Headed by Mrs. Ima Garrastatxu (mayor of the Municipality of Durango) and accompanied by part of the municipal council, the members of the local corporation had the opportunity to visit the new facilities of AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Center (international technology reference in metallurgy).

A positive working meeting that allowed both organizations to share part of the current work and future plans, accompanied by a further visit to the state-of-the-art facilities of the Technology Center, member of the Basque Research & Technology Alliance(BRTA) that in the last years has made a significant effort to improve its capabilities with additional 9000m2 new facilities, aimed at providing high value added technological support to the metal-mechanical industry and further customer sectors.
