The Competitiveness Agency of Durangaldea organizes a workshop with the participation of outstanding companies from the Aerospace and Automotive sectors

The meeting “Technological and Cooperation Challenges in the Aerospace and Automotive Sectors” will be held on February 22nd at the facilities of IK4-AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Centre. Looking for further cooperation opportunities, professionals and specialists from both sectors will have the chance to share with local companies, strategical experiences and challenges for the industry.

 

The Aerospace and Automotive sectors are facing important challenges following their strong commitment for technological development and improvement of competitiveness, as key factors for their development.  These two sectors are also segments of activity in constant growth and, without any doubt, they play a remarkable role pulling the economy of our country, where a high percentage of companies are integrated within their value chain.

This framework aims at offering outstanding companies of both sectors the opportunity to share their insights on strategic innovation areas with the local industrial network but breaking the linearity of their own sectors. The meeting will gather referent companies and experts to promote inter-company cooperation, searching for new business opportunities between companies with shared or complimentary interests.

A day for technology transfer and cooperation between companies

This technical event is oriented to industrial companies from the Aerospace and Automotive sectors. It will be held in the facilities of the IK4-AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Centre on February the 22nd (morning schedule).

Among the companies and organizations that will participate in the official program of the meeting are SEAT, ITP AERO, ALTAN, and ARANIA, as well as representatives of the Cluster HEGAN and from IK4-AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Centre.

Attendance is free, but previous registration is compulsory (limited space).
