IK4-AZTERLAN Metallurgical Research Center has obtained the Nadcap accreditation (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program), which certifies the technical competence of the Center for the advanced characterization of metalic materials (Materials Testing Laboratory).
The working experience with reference aeronautical companies such as AIRBUS, SIKORSKY, CESA, AERNNOVA and ITP is consolidated with this prestigious international accreditation by the entity PRI (Performance Review Institute). An organization focused on leading programs and services for the improvement of the manufacturing processes and the quality of the products developed for the aeronautical sector, whose independent recognition accredits the technical competence of IK4-Azterlan in the areas of knowledge related to metallic materials.
This new accreditation added to the extensive experience and outstanding technical capabilities of the specialists of IK4-Azterlan, along with the cutting-edge technological equipment and facilities, allow IK4-Azterlan to offer to the industry advanced materials characterization services, failure analysis, Non Destructive Testing and other high added value characterizations aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving the competitiveness of companies.
