This meeting will take place on the 9th of May in the IK4-AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Centre facilities (10:00h to 12:30h) aimed to share strategies, experiences and challenges of the local industrial companies.
The metal-mechanical industry is involved in a global competitiveness level, where the presence in international markets and the dizzying advance of the new technologies have grown exponentially in the last years.
In this global context, it is very important to focus on the evolutionary keys of those sectors that have the greatest impact on our industrial activity such as the Automotive sector, which is an important engine of the activity of our industry nearby.
Another strategic aspect, very relevant for the future growth and survival of our industrial development is directly linked to the capacitation and training programs required to fulfill the real demands that the productive technologies will demand in the closer future.
Counting with the active participation of experts and representatives of the companies ESTAMPACIONES DURANGO S.A., JESUS OÑATE Y HNOS. S.A., and HETEL, the Development Agency of Durangaldea promotes this working frame to share strategies, experiences and challenges of the industry.
The SPRI Group (Basque Government) will take part as well in the meeting presenting the latest policies and funding programs aimed to support the development of the industry, corresponding to the year 2017.
Open discussions among participants will allow to interact and to share further experiences and strategies to improve the competitiveness level of the companies.
