ALU-Q® is a device for analyzing the metallurgical quality of liquid aluminum that allows analyzing and evaluating the quality of the metal by simultaneously executing the following tests:

  • Density analysis
  • Analysis of the level of oxides or inclusions
  • Thermal analysis (Thermolan-Al®)

It is a portable equipment that can be used at the foundry, in different areas of fusion and metal treatment.

By a fast presentation of results, Alu-Q® makes it possible to implement the necessary corrective actions to ensure defect-free manufacturing.
